ICSE Class 10 History and Civics 2011 Question Paper

This time ICSE Class 10 History/Civics 2011 Question Paper  Pattern does not have much difference when compared to ICSE Class 10 History/Civics 2010 Question Paper.

The major difference between ICSE Class 10 History/Civics 2011 Question Paper  and Class 10 History/Civics 2010 Question Paper  is that partition of questions into different sections and allotted marks for sub questions.

The ICSE Class 10 History/Civics 2011 Question Paper  totally carries 80 marks. ICSE Class 10 History/Civics 2011 Question Paper  is divided into Two Partitions Part I and Part II.

Parts I in ICSE Class 10 History/Civics 2011 Question Paper 2 main questions where one question contains 10 sub questions which totally carry 10 marks, and other question contains 5 questions totally carry 20 marks. The total marks for Part I is 30 marks.

In Part II there are two sections called Section A and Section B. Section A contains 3 main questions and Section B contains 5 main questions. The total marks allotted for Part II is 50 marks.

Each section should be answered as per mentioned below criteria.

1) All the questions must be answered from Part I.

2) A total of five questions must be attempted from Part II.

3) From Section A Two out of three questions and from Section B three out of five questions must be answered.

The answers to ICSE Class 10 History/Civics 2011 Question Paper must be written on the paper provided separately. Students are not allowed to write during the first 15 minutes. This 15 minutes time should be spent in reading the question paper. The time given at head of paper is the time allowed for writing answers.
