Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) conducts Common Entrance Tests for admission of students to its different programs within the university as well as its affiliated institutes. Entrance test is conducted every year usually in the month of June.
Student seeking admission to 5 year BA LLB/BBA LLB course in GGSIPU, need to appear for Entrance Exam conducted by the university. GGSIPU was established by the Government of the NCT of the state of Delhi in 1999 and has been recognized by the University Grants Commission.
GGSIPU provides 5 year BA LLB/BBA LLB course in University Campus and 5 other affiliated institute. University School of Law and Legal Studies provides both BA LLB & BBA LLB courses while the affiliated institutes provide BA LLB course.
There are a total of 620 seats are available for both programs.

GGSIPU Law Entrance Test 2011 Eligibility criteria
For BA LL.B:
Candidate should have passed 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.
For LLM:
Applicant should hold LL.B. Degree by the Bar Council of India for enrollment as an advocate or an equivalent law degree from a foreign university, in either case with not less than 50% marks.
GGSIPU Law Entrance Test 2011 Application Procedure
Candidates can obtain the prospectus cum application form through any Punjab & Sind Banks designated branch from anywhere in India. Furthermore, there are other options to apply through requisite letter along with a Demand Draft within a self addressed envelope. They can also directly download the form through the official website www.ipu.admissionhelp.com
GGSIPU Law Entrance Test 2011 Examination Pattern
- Test Paper Consists of 150 objective type Questions
- Each question carries 4 marks (Total 600 Marks)
- 1 Mark is deducted for each incorrect answer
BA LLB / BBA LLB Test paper comprises the questions from the following sections:
