Answer : I highly disagree with Alexander. If you have taken calculus (or will be taking it before the physics class), then you'll be fine if you study. The whole point in TAKING the class is to understand things like mechanics, optics, electromagnetism, etc. If you already knew all this, then why take the class? Yes, you should take Physics.
