Question : My college advises that I take Basic Physics before jumping into the higher physics courses, but it is not a requirement. I would like to skip Basic Physics and go straight into Mechanics of Solids and Fluids. I have completed Calculus 3.

I've taken Calc 2, and even after than Basic physics was tricky so going to Mechan of solids and Fluids will definately be difficult if you have no background knowledge of Physics
