Answer : Yes. Try it with a large sheet of paper, as thin as you can find. A sheet from a newspaper should allow you about a dozen folds. Any more and the paper starts to tear from the stress of the later folds. But it can be done. The Mythbusters program did a sequence on this. I don't recall how many folds they managed.

Answer : you take a paper. right side up (meaning straight up and down) fold it in half. turn it to the back. fold the top left and right corners in to the middle line crease. then turn it around again. and fold the the corners in again to make it a sharp head. then turn it around and fold it together. then fold the sides down to meet with the bottom and there you go. its called an opposite paper airplane.
