Answer : Most spreadsheet programs, like Lotus or Excel, can do this. Check the online manual.

can you show me what three fourths of the circle is and one fourth of the circle?

Answer : i cant draw it out for you, but think of it this way...
draw a line through the center of the circle. then draw another line perpendicular to that line. you have now divided the circle into 4 parts. color 3 of those parts. 3/4 of a circle, voila!
