Question : Yeah, i take AP statistics, english composition, and chemistry in 11th grade, and pull off B, A-, and C, respectively. i'm not proud of these grades, so i was wondering, if i get A's and B's in 12th grade with 4 AP's, can i use my 12th grade year (or at least the first semester) to cover for 11th grade and still show that i have the ability to do well in AP's?
Answer : I believe that it depends on the universitry/college that you are applying to. Some of them only look at your grade 12 marks, and then grade 11 marks wouldn't matter at all. However, some of them do look at grade 11 and grade 12, and there is nothing you can do about it. You should look at the website of the college/university that you are applying to, and under 'Prerequisites', they should tell you what their expectations are.
