How to Apply for Dainik Bhaskar Scholarship Exam

Availability of registration forms: The application form regularly appears in all editions (except Jharkhand) of Dainik and Divya Bhaskar. Besides, it would also be appearing in the forthcoming editions of Dainik Bhaskar’s supplements – Madhurima, Bal Bhaskar, Young Bhaskar.  

Application forms for Bhaskar Genius Scholarship Examination 2011 are available on the website. Students can register by filling up the original or a photocopy of the form. They can print it and submit it at one of the Bhaskar Genius form collection desk.

Question paper pattern and syllabus

The exam is mainly conducted to screen-out the young geniuses , their grades or marks in school is not taken into consideration .The pattern and syllabus would not be the one being provided in schools but is based on the general knowledge and basic fundamentals of the student.

The syllabus would definitely be similar to the general pattern of studies and exercises being conducted by the schools. 

The questions will be objective-type in nature with multiple-choice (MCQS) options to answer

The methods to answer the questions is given below:

For class 1st to 3rd students they have to just tick the right option

For class 4th and above students , students will be given OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheet where the participants have to shade the correct option.

Dainik Bhaskar Scholarship Exam Application fee:

• Standard 1-5 –Rs 300
• Standard 6-8 –Rs 400
• Standard 9-12 –Rs 500

Payment Modes:

Cash Payment at Bhaskar Office

Demand Draft in favour of DB Corp Ltd, payable at Indore.

Online Payment

The payment of will have to be made either by credit/ debit card or by furnishing details of the demand draft.

• Over Rs. 25 Lakhs worth of scholarships in each state.
• Rs 5 Lakh per state to be won by girls students in each state-cluster over and above these prizes. 12 meritorious girls would be given additional prizes.
